Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Reservation Cancellation

If the customer cancels within 48 hours of reserving the property, then full amount will be refunded. The customer needs to write a mail to hello@colive.in for cancellation of the property with all the payment receipts attached within 48 hours from the date of reservation in order to get the full refund

Leaves before Lock-in & doesn’t give Notice (Booking Cancellation):

If the customer wishes to vacate the premises before the decided lock-in period without serving the one-month notice period, the entire deposit amount will be forfeited.

Leaves before Lock-in, middle of the month & gives Notice (Booking Cancellation):

If the customer wishes to vacate the premises in the middle of the month before the decided lock-in period and gives a one-month notice, then the month in which the customer vacates, the rent for that particular month is charged and along with that one month’s deposit and 7 days rent as maintenance is also charged. In case of any damages such as damage of property materials (Furniture, Fittings, TV, WIFI Router etc.) the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Leaves before Lock-in, end of the month & gives Notice (Booking Cancellation):

If the customer wishes to vacate the premises at the end of the month before the decided lock-in period and gives a one-month notice, one month’s deposit and 7 days rent as maintenance is charged. In case of any damages such as damage of property materials (Furniture, Fittings, TV, WIFI Router etc.) the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Leaves after Lock-in, end of the month & gives Notice (Booking Cancellation):

If the customer wishes to vacate the premises after completion of the decided lock-in period and gives a one-months’ notice, and leaves at the end of the month and there are no damages, then deduct only seven days rent and refund the rest. In case of any damages such as damage of property materials (Furniture, Fittings, TV, WIFI Router etc.) the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.

15-20 Days’ Notice before lock-in period (Booking Cancellation):

If the customer wants to vacate the property before the decided lock-in period, giving a notice period of 15-20 days, then one-month’s deposit will be deducted and 15 days rent as maintenance will also be deducted from the deposit. (Damage to be considered separately and deducted accordingly)

15-20 Days’ Notice after lock-in period (Booking Cancellation):

If the customer wants to vacate the property after the decided lock-in period, giving a notice period of 15-20 days, then only 15 days rent as maintenance will be deducted from the deposit. (Damage to be considered separately and deducted accordingly)

Less than 15 Days’ Notice before lock-in period (Booking Cancellation):

In case the customer wants to leave before the decided lock-in period, giving a notice period of less than 15 days, then one month rent will be deducted from the deposit along with 7 days rent as maintenance charges. (Damage to be considered separately and deducted accordingly)

Less than 15 Days’ Notice after lock-in period (Booking Cancellation):

In case the customer wants to leave after the decided lock-in period, giving a notice period of less than 15 days, then one month rent will be deducted from the deposit along with 7 days rent as maintenance charges. (Damage to be considered separately and deducted accordingly)

House Rules

Colive.in, an affiliate of co-life is a network of shared living spaces across the city. In homes are fully furnished and fashionably modern, enhanced with luxury amenities and are conveniently located near work places. As a collaborative community, Colive.in encourage our member to co-exist and lead a happy life together. House rules are indicative and not exhaustive & members must refer to the T&C on the website.

AGREEMENT

We have to take you to court despite our strong belief in the judiciary system. But it is always prudent to have an agreement between us to ensure that all term of engagement are clearly specified and documents. It is imperative that you sign the agreement prior to check-in.

KYC

We would love to know you, after all, you are staying in our apartment. Completing know your customer document like PAN card & having your proof of address on our record is important from both local government rules & our company policy. We request you to complete the membership from along with all requisite documentation prior check-in.

QUIET HOURS

Please respect the need of other members to sleep. Don’t be noisy or loud or blast the music, especially in the balcony or when the windows are open as it can also upset neighbors. Party hard but softly! 2200 to 0700 are quiet hours.

NO SMOKING!

No smoking any where on the premises of the building or the club. No smoking within 20 feet of the building entrances or open windows. No drugs! Very serious! Inside the house or anywhere in the community.

PEOPLE

Most of the people in the house are somehow related to the IT world. They are either developer, startup founders or business developer or students. All club members are usually coming from all over the country. So it’s the perfect opportunity to make friends & have a collaborative community.

GUEST POLICY

Guest must be treated as guest and no over night stay allowed. Members of the opposite sex not allowed beyond 1900 hours. All guest must be registered at the security prior to make an entry into the premises.

VIDEOS SURVEILLANCE & REPORTING

All apartment entrances & community hallways are under video surveillance. Serious action including reporting to local government agencies, if necessary, shall be done by the company in case of any violations.

CLEANNESS IS NEXT TO GOODNESS

Please keep the house clean and respect the other roommates and their space. Ensure garbage is dropped in the designated area and not litter in the house or the community. Help us in the swachh bharat mission. Professional house-keeping agency has been deployed to clean the individual apartments including bathroom twice every week (in most cases) & common corridors &hallways (every day). A roster schedule has been drawn up for the cleaning staff to ensure that the apartment are maintained with utmost care. Please help us to maintained the schedule of cleaning by cooperating with them to get the apartment cleaned. Treat the cleaning staff with respect.

GREEN WORLD

Please switch off the light, geyser & water after use. Please don’t forget to use sheets and covers for the mattress, blanket and pillows!

KITCHEN & BATHROOM

Feel free to use the kitchen. Just don’t forget to clean it yourself after use, do the dishes and keep the sink clean. The food in the fridge is not common and always has an owner. Please respect that. Ensure toilet and bathrooms are kept clean and dry.

SAFETY

Ensure valuables are stored and locked safety. The company is not responsible for loss of any cash, jewels, mobiles, laptops or any valuable.

RENT &NOTICE PERIOD

Rent must be paid in advance on or before 3rd of every month without fail. We prefer to receive funds through internet banking. Do not forget to send an email with the online transfer reference number upon completing the payment. A penalty of Rs.500/ day shall be levied for all the delayed rent. In case you wish to vacate the premises, please inform through an email to hello@co.life . A 2 months notice is necessary prior to vacating.
